The Apartments La Buganvilla San José are located in a unique and privileged environment of Southern Europe. Located in the beautiful town of San José, the heart of Cabo de Gata – Níjar Natural Park, the first Natural Park classified as maritime-terrestrial in Andalusia, a biosphere reserve, valued and protected for its ecological, geological, anthropological, landscape and also for its historical richness.
Our apartments are located just a 15-minute drive from the most beautiful virgin beaches of Cabo de Gata, such as Mónsul, Genoveses and Barronal, among many others.

A very bright duplex. As soon as you enter you will find an opened kitchen to the dining room, living room with a sofa-bed for 2 children up to 8 years or 1 child up to 12 years and a toilet with a shower included, as well as a cozy terrace overlooking the garden. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with two beds and a fully-equipped bathroom.
- Bed linen, towels and complete equipped kitchenware are provided.
- Maximum capacity of this apartment is of 2 adults and 2 children (up to 8 years old each sharing the sofa- bed).
- They have a small laundry room at the entrance, but do not have a washing machine. In case you need a basic laundry service during your stay do not hesitate to contact us.
- Dogs are allowed on request and a supplement will be added.

Our apartments have green areas, an outdoor swimming pool. All apartments have a terrace, some with views of the pool. They are located just 500 meters from the beach of San José, its promenade, its local port and the town centre, where you can find entertainment venues, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

A very bright Triplex apartment. Upon entering you will find a bedroom with a truckle bed for 2 people, the kitchen with all its necessary utensils, the dining room and a beautiful terrace. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa – bed for 2 children up to 8 years old or 1 child up to 12 years old, plus a fully-equiped bathroom and a space with a washing machine. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a trunckle bed and a fully-equipped bathroom.
